Dharmaraj Sivalingam is a senior research manager in IDC Malaysia and has more than 15 years of working experience in the consulting, information technology (IT), and business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. Dharmaraj is responsible for developing Southeast Asia–specific FoX research and driving outreach of FoX practice areas across Southeast Asia countries. He is also helming consulting projects related to FoX and is involved in business developing this practice further in Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining IDC, Dharmaraj was responsible for managing large-scale IT infrastructure and transformation projects in the roles of portfolio and program manager for clients in the insurance and banking industry. This included major projects, such as datacenter migration to cloud, application modernization, and identity and access management landscape uplift among others. Dharmaraj is also an experienced people manager having managed large multiskilled teams across various countries.

 

Dharmaraj graduated from the Multimedia University with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology majoring in Software Engineering.
