Prapussorn Pechkaew is a senior market analyst of IDC's IT Services group. Based in Thailand, she is the lead analyst for the Future of Work research, with her core research coverage focusing on IT Services and Cloud Services. She also has significant experiences in operating customized/consulting projects in several IT-related areas such as big data and analytics, digital content, cloud and IT services, and peripherals, among others.

Prior to IDC, Prapussorn worked with Hana Semiconductor (Ayutthaya) Co. Ltd. as an account executive, conducting account management for Standard IC products. She also did costing, pricing, and forecasting, and led teams to enhance customer satisfaction and marketing effectiveness.

Prapussorn graduated from Khen Kaen University (KKU) with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
