Franco Chiam has more than 20 years extensive experience leading complex, large-scale digital transformation (DX) ventures and other IT projects in a multidisciplinary multinational corporation (MNC) environment, with virtual teams across the globe. With a strong technical and engineering expertise, he prides himself as a technology leader interfacing with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, leveraging agile practices and advanced technologies including DevOps, cloud, opensource, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) in various key projects.

Specializing in DX involving workspace and infrastructure with a strong focus on strategic planning, he has proven capabilities in analyzing inefficiency and implementing profitability solutions. He has helped to steer and support company strategic direction in achieving a consolidation of IT services across Asia/Pacific in 2006 to establish a foundation infrastructure setup of “shared services center.”

Over the years, he has gained expertise in business and technology strategy, project and program management, IT service and operations, outsourcing and vendor management, stakeholder management, and talent acquisition and development.
