Vishak Raman, serving as the Vice President of Sales for India, SAARC, SEA, and ANZ at Fortinet, brings over 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry. His expertise in product management, sales, marketing, and business development has enabled him to excel in scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams.

Earlier, as the Senior Regional Director for India & SAARC at Fortinet, Vishak was instrumental in establishing and growing Fortinet’s technology leadership and success story in India. He set up a first-of-its-kind Technical Assistance Centre in Bangalore, which has over 200 engineers providing 24/7 support to Fortinet’s customers in India and the Middle East.

Vishak is recognized for his customer-centric approach, strategic thinking, and adaptability, enabling him to navigate the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. His resilience and keen ability to identify and leverage market transitions have been instrumental in shaping and executing long-term strategies, accelerating Fortinet's growth, and solidifying its position as a market leader.

Vishak has also demonstrated exceptional skills in building collaborative sales teams that are continuously learning and are empowered to succeed. He is a firm believer and practitioner of continuous learning, encouraging his team to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies. Before his tenure at Fortinet, Vishak held the position of Director of Security Business for India & SAARC at Cisco and has had stints at FireEye, Tata Communications, WatchGuard, Sify, and HCL Technologies. He holds an engineering degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
