Shajith is the Vice President, Customer Success and Support for APAC owning all aspects of TAC, Advanced Support and Professional Services.

Shajith is responsible for driving delivery excellence across Fortinet's customers in the Asia Pacific region. Shajith brings decades of experience in delivering exceptional outcome for customers with his in depth understanding of building and utilizing the services portfolio to solve complex  customer challenges across the globe .
 
Prior to joining Fortinet, Shajith held a number of global senior level roles across As-a-Service portfolio, services strategy, Support(TAC), Professional Services and Managed Services. Shajith is based at Fortinet's India office in Bangalore,Karnataka.
