Marc is a distinguished leader with over 30 years of experience working in the cybersecurity and privacy landscape. As Chief Digital Trust Officer at Esko, the global leader in packaging design and artwork software and hardware based in Ghent with 1.800 employees, Marc ensures with his team the protection of mission-critical initiatives spanning safe food, medicines, and the quality of essential goods. 
In addition to his role at Esko, Marc also serves as President of SAI.BE, Belgium’s premier IT knowledge association for IT employees.
Marc is a regular visiting professor at prestigious institutions such as Antwerp Management School, Solvay Brussels School, Vlerick and TIAS Tilburg, where he mentors the next generation of security and privacy leaders. 
Marc is an elected Fellow of the Hogeheuvelcollege at the University of Leuven in recognition of his contributions to the IT industry.
