Jon Rendle joined Fortinet in July 2001 and has over 25 years’ experience in Customer Services. Jon leads Fortinet’s global Customer Success and Support teams, providing Support and Services to customers around the globe. Before joining Fortinet, Jon headed up BMC’s global Support and Education teams. Jon started his career at Informix Databases before spells at Remedy and Peregrine Systems. Jon holds a B.S. degree in Computing and Informatics from Plymouth University, United Kingdom.
