Workshop Description: 

FortiVoice training for local government and education is designed to equip IT professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively deploy, configure, and manage FortiVoice systems. This training covers a wide range of topics, including system overview, extension configuration, trunk setups, call features, and advanced system monitoring.

Participants will learn how to:

· Deploy the FortiVoice system from scratch

• IP addressing / Login / HA / Administrator LDAP accounts / Admin Profiles
• Extensions and user privileges
• Voice mail, Call restrictions, Personal & system call recording, User portal privileges, Call handling
• Configure VOIP trunks
• Inbound / Outbound dialing rules, DID management / SIP trunking profile
• Test the system by making calls
• Access and manage call detail records
• Manage call flow with auto attendants, ring groups, paging groups, General voicemail
• Blocking calls
• EFAX
• E911 profile, message groups, barge in
