As Head of Network Planning, Mr Low Chia Seng champions the network transformation program of TIME dotCom since 2017. Part of the key deliverables are developing and executing Software Programmable Architecture for Cloud Evolution (SPACE) strategy. Malaysia’s first-ever horizontal NFVI architecture and Service Orchestration has been deployed to create innovative Virtualized Services for Digital Transformation purpose. Existing IT Security infrastructure also been elevated using Security Fabric framework. Prior to the position in TIME dotCom, he has been serving Malaysia and Brunei telecommunication industry for more than 15 years working in various Carrier and Top Global Technology Vendor. Currently he is also actively contributing in various industry organization such as MyIX and MTFSB.
