Ankit Gupta is Director of Product Marketing at Fortinet, where he leads marketing for the company’s endpoint security portfolio, including FortiEDR/XDR, MDR and FortiEndpoint. He joined Fortinet via the acquisition of Lacework in 2024.

With over 14 years in cybersecurity and networking, Ankit has held key marketing roles at Lacework, Zscaler, and Juniper Networks, launching major security platforms and driving adoption of Zero Trust, SASE and other network security solutions. He combines a strong engineering background with strategic marketing expertise to accelerate product growth and brand presence. Ankit holds a master’s in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland and studied marketing at Harvard Extension School. Outside of work, he’s an avid runner and enjoys exploring new craft beers
