Espen has almost 20 years of industry experience and a passion for protecting data and systems. Espen joined ABAX in 2009 as the Head of Information Technology, building the infrastructure and IT organization from the ground up. Delivering a high-quality, secure infrastructure has been a focus for him since day one.

In later years, Espen pivoted to information security, focusing on developing and implementing security policies, standards, and procedures, fostering a security-aware culture, and addressing the technical challenges of securing complex and dynamic environments.
