Session Overview:

Adversaries are shifting strategies to target a converging IT and OT landscape. Nation state APT and cybercriminal enterprise are teaming up in a cross-function effort, sharing infrastructure and advanced payloads that target not just IT networks, but critical infrastructure and OT directly. The result is a paradigm shift as attacks like Ransomware become much more targeted and strategic in nature. Playbooks are incorporating more and more TTPs (Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures) into their offense, streamlining their attacks so that they move with more agility. The average attack was moving 43% faster in 2024 than 2023.

It’s crucial that we respond in a strategic manner, building an informed defense while leveraging agentic AI to augment and converge the NOC and SOC. Agentic AI can proactively protect against threats, while generative AI can bring a single pane of glass approach to the operations team to converge the NOC and SOC to detect and respond to threats faster than they can move.
