Avneesh Saxena is the Group Vice President heading the Domain Research Group in IDC Asia/Pacific, which includes all hardware, software and services research areas.
 
With over 20 years of research and market analysis experience in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT),  Avneesh is reputed to be one of the region's foremost opinion leaders in understanding and explaining the impact of digital transformation on core technology trends.  Avneesh is a frequent keynote speaker and panelist at industry events and global conferences. His views on the Asia/Pacific hardware industry have been quoted in most leading regional and trade publications such as CNBC, Bloomberg, South China Morning Post, Business Times, the Hong Kong Economic Journal, Asia Computer Weekly, Computer World and Computer Times.
 
Based at the regional headquarters in Hong Kong, he leads the regional research Domain teams involved in building IDC's successful research tracker and CIS programs and producing core market data used across all of IDC's Asia Pacific wide research reports and consulting projects.
 
Avneesh holds a Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University.
