Hendra Kusumawardhana is a senior-level official in the IT Division of PT TASPEN (Persero), having held various roles and responsibilities across multiple positions. Prior to his current role as IT Operation Dept Head, Hendra served as Data Center Infrastructure Sub Dept Head. Over the course of his 11-year career at TASPEN, Hendra has been actively involved and played a key role in numerous major projects, including application system development, infrastructure enhancement, and the development of the company's cybersecurity systems.
 

As IT Operation Dept Head, Hendra is responsible for overseeing the operational management of technology and digitalization at PT TASPEN (Persero). One of his most critical responsibilities is to maintain cybersecurity resilience, ensuring secure systems and applications while maintaining optimal performance for more than 7 million TASPEN customers. In line with this responsibility, Hendra has been actively involved in the development of cybersecurity and information security systems, such as the implementation of firewalls, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), SD-WAN, Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), Data Protection, and other security solutions.

Hendra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Information Technology, both from University of Indonesia.
