Toby is a trusted public servant with a proven history of building strong capabilities. He has led large, diverse, and geographically dispersed teams of over 120 security professionals to protect, detect and respond to the cyber challenges facing government.
Toby is a people focused leader with a deep technical background holding a variety of roles throughout his career including IT Security Advisor, Chief Security Architect, and Chief Information Security Officer for the ATO. Toby is currently the Chief Information Security Officer for the Department of Parliamentary Services.
