We will spend some time reviewing your registration, and you will be receiving a confirmation email soon to confirm your registration to the Main Event (or to the Pre-Conference Workshops & Main Event). Few days before the event, you will receive a QR code, please make sure to save it on your phone for smooth access and badge printing upon arrival.
If you have registered for the Main Event only—including the keynotes, plenary session, and exhibition experience—doors will open at 7:00 PM at the Outdoor Terrace of the museum.
Our Pre-Conference Workshops will begin at 4:00 PM in the Indoor Theatre at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilizations. If you have registered and received a confirmation email for these workshops, we look forward to welcoming you from 4:00 PM onwards.
Yes, you can use National Museum of Egyptian Civilizations Free Car Parking, till it reaches the maximum capacity. Valet option will be available as well for assistance.
The event is taking pace at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilizations. Once you arrive, you can head to the event information desk to guide you on the exact location:
- Pre-Conference Workshops will take place at NMEC Indoor Theatre located inside the museum.
- Main Event, Plenary, and Exhibition will take place at NMEC Outdoor Terrace
