About attending Fast & Secure 2025
The Fast & Secure 2025 will be held at the Hilton Vienna Park Hotel and is an in-person conference. Accommodation has been reserved at the Hilton Vienna Park Hotel and is covered by the delegate fee (see below).

General Information

Wednesday, 19 November
Please aim to arrive on the morning to not miss the Welcome Lunch and Opening Plenary in the afternoon.

If required, you may arrive earlier and can benefit from the negotiated room rate of €215.00 (plus VAT) per night. You can request this in the booking process and will be charged upon registration.

Departures - please vacate your room, ensure you have all your belongings, and settle your incidentals upon checking out (if applicable).

 

Delegate Fee
A delegate fee of €1,095.00 plus VAT (20%) will apply upon registration.

What’s not included

  • Attendees are responsible for their own airfare and travel arrangements to and from Vienna International Airport, all non-conference related activities and hotel incidental costs
  • Credit card fees are not included
  • GUESTS (family members/spouse/partner): Fast & Secure 2025 is a business event and as such, guests (family members, spouse, partners or friends) are not allowed to join delegates. It is against the FCPA compliance that guests would benefit in any way from the Fortinet subsidized accommodation. Therefore, delegate's guests will not be accepted for the duration of the event.

WARNING

  • Only paid, registered delegates can attend Fast & Secure 2025
  • Fortinet has the right to reject the registration and make a full refund  
  • The participation fee of this event shall be paid in accordance with the applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations; with the FCPA regulation. In addition, shall the participation fee of this event not be paid directly by the participant (legal entity), the participant is solely responsible to ensure that: i) the participant (legal entity) is not a government entity or an affiliate of a government entity and ii) the payment of the participation fee by a third party is in line with the participant internal policies.

 

How to Register
To secure your place at Fast & Secure 2025, please complete the online registration form and pay your delegate fee by credit card. Once the credit card payment has been approved, you will receive a receipt of payment and your confirmation of registration including your hotel accommodation reservation (if requested). Please do not book your travel for this event until you receive your approval email.

 

Cancellation Policy
No refund of the delegate fee will be provided upon cancellation unless Fortinet can resell the seat to another delegate. In case of cancellation refund will not include credit card fees.

If your visa is being refused, please provide proof from the embassy to fortinetevents@impact-xm.com.
