Stephan Tallent brings over 19 years of managed services and information security experience to Fortinet, having spent the last 14 years building managed security service practices within several different types of service provider businesses.

Prior to Fortinet, Stephan supported security service development, technical design and sales operations support at telecommunications provider Masergy and led the development of Logix first hosted services and cyber security practice. He also held sales and marketing leadership roles at ANX and Iomega (EMC), and was co-founder and chief architect of managed security services at a successful value-add reseller turned MSSP.

Leveraging this experience and wielding best in breed security technology, Stephan focuses on consulting to the partner community on developing profitable, best-practice based service offerings that encompass architecture, product development, training, go-to-market strategies and sales operations.

Stephan is a widely published security services expert and frequent speaker at industry conferences. He founded Fortinet’s Veterans program and actively promotes veterans’ transition into the cyber security industry. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
