Hugh P. Carroll is Head of Government Affairs for Fortinet, Inc., a global leader in broad, integrated and automated cybersecurity solutions. Hugh oversees and directs government-focused strategy and engagement on legislative and regulatory matters before governments. Hugh joined Fortinet after spending almost a decade in the wireless sector with a focus on government affairs before the U.S Congress.  

Earlier in his career, Hugh held numerous roles on Capitol Hill, including serving as an advisor to Sen. Roger Wicker, Rep. Chip Pickering, the Senate Commerce Committee, and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. Hugh covered a broad range of policy matters across the telecommunications, technology, transportation, and infrastructure sectors.

Hugh graduated from The Catholic University of America and the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic University of America.
