Hoon Sin Cheong has more than 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, specializing in identity management, infrastructure protection and data security. He joined AWS in December 2021 and currently serves as a Senior Solutions Architect to help AWS customers secure their applications in the cloud and comply to regulatory requirements for regulated workloads. Prior to joining AWS, he has held several cybersecurity architecture and engineering roles, serving enterprises and customers from public sector, financial services and e-commerce.

Hoon Sin is also enthusiastic about software development and has been actively sharing the concept of DevSecOps and threat modelling with his customers.
