With over 24 years in IT, I've garnered extensive experience, predominantly in the Telco sector, notably at TM Berhad for 15 years, before transitioning to the Financial Services Industry. Joined MEPS in 2016, I spearheaded the establishment of the ITSM discipline. As Head of IT Operations at PayNet, I was responsible to manage the national payment switch, overseeing critical systems like RPP, SAN, FPX, and IBG. In 2021, I took on the challenge of leading the Cloud Engineering team at Bank Islam's Centre of Digital Experience. Currently, as Director of Technology Services, I drive the adoption of future technologies, leveraging my expertise to lead transformative initiatives.
