The FortiGuard Incident Response team will be diving into two case studies that detail real-world incidents as well as trends seen by the team in regards to TTPs and victimology. One case study involves a multiyear campaign that leveraged IT assets to enable lateral movement into the customer’s OT network. The other focuses on a multinational organization that was severely impacted by one of the largest ransomware deployments our team has ever encountered.
