Prior to his tenure at WM, Sohil served as Vice President at several technology consulting firms, where he successfully managed and expanded a $2 billion business unit specializing in delivering industry-leading products and services. Additionally, Sohil has held senior leadership positions, overseeing infrastructure and applications teams at major banks with an international footprint.

In his current capacity, Sohil oversees a team responsible for delivering shared services across a workforce of 63,000 employees. These services encompass connectivity, Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), Platform as a Service (PAAS), collaboration & productivity, and global service desk operations.
