Roger Roa is responsible for driving the growth and sales of Schneider Electric’s Cybersecurity Solutions and Services portfolio across North America. He is a highly accomplished cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing comprehensive security strategies that help organizations reduce risk, strengthen resilience, and minimize the impact of cyber incidents on business operations.

Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Roger held consulting and leadership roles with Cisco Systems in the United States, Mexico, and Colombia, where he supported customers across a variety of industries with their cybersecurity and networking initiatives.

Roger holds the ISA/IEC 62443 OT Cybersecurity Expert certification and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a postgraduate degree in Power and Gas Regulation.
