Spend time exploring emerging technologies through 35 Partners at the Security Expo, which will boast a 7:1 Attendee to Vendor ratio, allowing professionals the opportunity to accomplish their specific business goals.

Is there a dress code for the event?

September is often considered the best time to visit Napa. The weather is pleasant with an average high temperature of 80°F (27°C). On the other hand, the average low temperature sees a decrease to 49°F (10°C).

What do I need to pay for?

As our invited guest, Fortinet is pleased to cover expenses included in the agenda, with the exception of airfare or any other travel costs to or from the event (i.e., Uber, train, car rental, etc.)

If you choose to fly into one of the host airports (SMF or SFO) a complimentary shuttle will be provided to/from the airport to the host hotel.

If your employer’s policy or applicable laws or regulations will not allow you to accept this offer as a gift, you will be able to for the on-site hospitality and accommodations during registration.

Which hotel will I be staying at?

Your hotel will be assigned based on your business segment and availability. We have secured rooms at the Silverado Resort, Westin Verasa, or River Terrace. Fortinet will provide all necessary transportation between hotels and event locations. Hotel rooms will be 100% paid for unless your company’s policies require you to pay for accommodations, in which case you can pay for the hotel reservation during event registration.

I would like to arrive early, or extend my stay. Is this possible?

Space is limited and we unable to accommodate extended stays in our host hotels. If you decide to arrive early or depart at a later date, you will be responsible for booking your own stay at your own expense before or after the event.

Which airport should I fly into?

We will provide shuttle service to/from SFO (San Francisco) or SMF (Sacramento) on the following days:

Sunday, September 11th

Monday. September 12th

Thursday September 15th

Sunday. September 18th

If you choose to arrive or depart outside of these dates or will arrive at an alternative airport, transportation will not be provided.

My company policy does not permit accepting this gift. Can I accept the invite and pay?

Yes! You will have the option to pay for the experience when register for the event. Please note that you need to pay for the full package, which includes hotel during the registration process.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes – during the registration process there is a section where you will be able to register a personal guest to attend with you at the event. Your guest must be 21 years or older, no exceptions. They must be your spouse, partner or significant other. The registered guest must NOT be a colleague, business partner, or friend.

Can I request a second hotel room for my guest?

No – if you are registering a guest they must stay in your hotel room or find other accommodations. This is not covered by Fortinet.

Which parts of the event can my guest attend?

Guests are able to attend all scheduled agenda event except for the Security Symposium. Optional guest activities will be available during the Security Symposium.

All sponsored events and associated costs will be covered by Fortinet and sponsoring partners upon arrival in Napa. Attendees will be responsible for any additional expenses including any applicable airfare or activities outside of sponsored programming. Any attendee unable to accept the invitation due to corporate or business restrictions or limitations may still attend at their own expense by paying for the experience at the Fortinet Championship. The value per person is $1,995 and if necessary can be paid during registration.
