Renee Fosberg is a senior-level healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience working in the healthcare information systems industry.   As Emerson Health’s Vice President and Chief Information Officer, she provides direction to the organization’s strategy, implementation, and security of the Electronic Medical Record, IT Infrastructure, and Telecommunication systems.   She has developed a premium service level for IT operations using the ITSM structure, which under her leadership, extends to the management of biomedical and diagnostic imaging systems used throughout the Emerson Health System. 

Among her many accomplishments to date is advancing the hospital, homecare services, and its 75 affiliated physician offices to CHIME’s Healthcare’s Most Wired Hospital designation 2019-2021.  Renee has been featured 5 years consecutively in Becker’s Healthcare as a top 100 CIOs to know and most recently in Becker’s Women Power Players in Health IT.
