ERIKA WALK, Senior Director for Digital Business Services, is responsible for powering Waste Management, Inc.’s business needs through technology. As a Digital executive, Erika is a highly accomplished corporate leader committed to providing technology solutions through a culture of innovation and sustainability. Under Erika’s leadership, Waste Management’s Digital Business Services:

• Manages Cloud productivity capabilities, and wireless capabilities for over 1,200 sites across the United States and Canada
• Executes Waste Management’s Cloud First Strategy through innovative cloud channel partners

From an early age, Erika pursued her dreams and stayed the course to become a leader in the technology field. Erika holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from Alabama A&M University and a Masters in Software Engineering from the University of Houston. Erika inspires young girls and women to enter STEM fields through volunteering with organizations like Girls Who Code and Girls Empowerment Network. Erika continues to successfully deliver key business value realized in Enterprise IT Programs.
