Mike brings experience and success in uniting State Government and Education initiatives across multiple States and stakeholders that range from Policy/Legislative to technical sales groups. Mike brings Business Development Strategy and technical project management skills to help architect and build out multi-party and agency deals that range from K-12 to Higher education, to healthcare, along with State and Federal agencies and initiatives. 

Mike can speak to the service provider and applicant side of Erate and USAC HCF for Healthcare programs, NG911 (wireline and wireless) initiatives, and rural broadband development and deployment from a Service Provider perspective as well as related funding mechanisms for each area he is involved in. Mike has a strong background with Fortinet products and architecting Fortinet solutions in the public sector.
