Fortinet Workshop Series: Final Session - NSE 4 Immersion Day 2 of 2

The NSE 4 Immersion is a hands-on lab for students who have already completed the NSE 4 FortiGate Security and FortiGate Infrastructure online courses, and want to get more hands-on lab practice before taking the NSE 4 certification exam.

During this class, you will be assigned a series of do-it-yourself (DIY) configuration tasks in a virtual lab environment. The configuration tasks will cover some of the topics covered in the NSE 4 certification exam and include the use of the most common FortiGate features, such as firewall policies, the Fortinet Security Fabric, user authentication, SSL and IPsec VPNs, equal-cost multi-path (ECMP) routing, SD-WAN, high availability (HA), and content inspection.

Prerequisites:

• Partner Portal access (needed for lab portion of the workshop)
• NSE Training Institute access (via Partner Portal)
• Completion of all NSE 4 self-paced lessons (FortiGate Security and FortiGate Infrastructure) FOUND HERE
• Sessions 1 – 4 strongly encouraged

Additional Information:

• This class is not a replacement for the FortiGate Security and FortiGate Infrastructure courses
• Both days of the Immersion are required to complete the workshop
• Recommendation: Download a copy of the NSE 4 Security and Infrastructure study guides prior to the workshop.
• This workshop is open to Partner Engineers only (no end-user customers)
