Kathy Le is the CISO for Skyworks Solutions, a large global semiconductor company that designs, develops, and manufactures high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors. In her role, Kathy is responsible for IT governance, global risk management, regulatory compliance, security awareness, insider threat, data protection and third-party risk. She also leads product security, incident management, cyber resilience, AI governance, AI security and AI training initiatives. Kathy has more than 25 years of information security and leadership experience in the financial services and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Skyworks, Kathy was the Head of Information Security at AutoGravity, an automotive startup, where she built their information security program from the ground up. Before that, she spent 3 years as the Director of Information Security at loanDepot, the largest non-bank lender in the United States. She is a prominent figure in the cybersecurity community, regularly speaking on panels, guest lecturing at colleges, and delivering keynote speeches. She serves on the advisory board for Cal State Long Beach’s Information Systems program and Bain Capital Venture’s Cyber Board. Kathy earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UCLA and her MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business. She holds numerous certifications including CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CISA and CRISC.
