Jill Renfroe is Vice President of Global IT for H E Parts International, a global manufacturing company supporting the mining industry with operations across North America, South America, and Australia. She leads global infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, data, and post acquisition integration for a lean, distributed IT organization.

Jill brings more than 25 years of IT leadership experience across complex, regulated, and highly visible environments, including senior roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Bank of America, and Colonial Pipeline. Her background spans cybersecurity, large scale infrastructure transformation, ERP and application strategy, and operating model design. She is known for driving pragmatic, business aligned security outcomes while modernizing legacy environments and reducing enterprise risk.
