Amanda Dugger is the founder of Genuine Human and CEO of DGR Systems. For more than two decades she has been a leader and an enabler in global Information Technology firms serving both public agencies and private enterprises. As a young adult cancer survivor, Amanda participated for over a decade in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and was designated as a Hero of Hope in 2007.

After shaving heads for St. Baldricks, swimming in the gulf for Swim Across America, and walking miles for American Heart Association Heart Walk, she founded Genuine Human to raise money for causes directly impacting communities where we live, work, and play. As a lifelong champion of philanthropic causes, Amanda seeks out individuals giving back in big and small ways and enables them to do more.

Amanda resides in Tampa, FL with her young daughter and husband of 15 years.
