In this course, we will provide an in-depth exploration of the customer journey with FortiNDR Cloud, from the initial presentation through the comprehensive onboarding process. This will encompass a high-level demonstration of the product, an explanation of the roles and responsibilities of the Applied Threat Research and TSM team, and a thorough walkthrough of the onboarding experience. As part of this course, we will utilize the FortiNDR Cloud Training Modern environment to gain a practical understanding of how a customer interacts with the solution. This hands-on approach is designed to provide a realistic and comprehensive understanding of the FortiNDR Cloud customer experience.
