Yes! We will offer a testing center onsite for partners to sit for an exam, free of charge. Additionally, all partners will receive a voucher, good for any Fortinet exam in the Pearson Vue training catalog.

The standard registration fee for XPERTS Summit is $1,195.00. However, by adding yourself to our VIP list, you can secure a $200.00 discount! The $200.00 discount expires on August 31, 2025, so don't delay registering.

The registration fee includes the following:

• Welcome Reception on November 10 (includes heavy hors d'oeuvres and 0pen bar)
• Breakfast Buffet on November 11, 12, 13, and 14

• Evening events with heavy Hors d'oeuvres and open bar

What is not included in the registration fee:

• Airfare to/from Orlando, Fl
• Taxi/Uber/Lyft or other shuttles
• Parking, mileage, in-transit meals
• Hotel
• Guests

WARNING

1. Even if you cannot stay the full duration of the XPERTS Summit, no discount will apply.
2. Only paid registered attendees can attend XPERTS Summit.
3. The participation fee of this event shall be paid in accordance with the applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations; with the FCPA regulation. In addition, shall the participation fee of this event not be paid directly by the participant (legal entity), the participant is solely responsible to ensure that: i) the participant (legal entity) is not a government entity or an affiliate of a government entity and ii) the payment of the participation fee by a third party is in line with the participant internal policies.
4. Hotel pre-payment is for 5 nights ONLY. If you opt to pre-pay, and will stay less than 5 nights, the full amount for pre-pay is required. The rate is not pro-rated and no discount will be provided.
5. COOP cannot be claimed to cover payment of the registration fee.
6. The awarding of Marriott Bonvoy points is at the discretion of the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort/Bonvoy. Points are not guaranteed.

How to register and pay for attendance

To secure your place, please complete the online registration form, build your agenda and pay your registration fee by credit card. Once the credit card payment has been approved, you will receive a receipt of payment and your confirmation of registration.

Yes! During registration, you will have the option of paying for a guest to join you at the evening events only. The cost of the evening events guest pass is $400.00. 

A 50% cancelation fee will be imposed on your registration fee if you cancel after October 10, 2025. If you pre-paid for your hotel during registration, there is a 75% cancelation fee imposed. Please contact events@fortinet.com to request cancelation.

You are welcome to stay where ever you want! For convenience, we recommend staying at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, where we have negotiated a discount especially for XPERT Summit attendees. All activities (registration, workshops, keynote sessions, meals) will be in the Dolphin Convention Center.

If you wish to stay at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort, you can make a reservation when you register for XPERTS Summit.

You may elect to pre-pay for 5 nights at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort when you register for XPERTS Summit. Once your registration and payment is received, a reservation will be made for you. Note a few caveats with this option:

1. The pre-pay hotel option is offered as a convenience for XPERTS Summit attendees. It is not required to attend XPERTS Summit.
2. The reservation will be made under the attendee name only.
3. The reservation will be made to check-in on November 10 only.
4. The reservation will be made to check-out on November 15 only.
5. A standard, 'run of house' room will be reserved. Upon check-in, you will be required to present a credit card for incidental expenses.
6. Marriott Bonvoy points are not available with the hotel pre-payment option.
7. The pre-pay option is not available for less than or more than 5 nights. If you pre-pay, and depart before November 15, no refund will be given.
8. Early arrival and late departure is at the discretion of the hotel, based on availability. Once you receive your confirmation email, you can contact the hotel to extend your reservation.
9. Based on availability, the hotel has agreed to extend the negotiated rate three (3) days pre- and/or post-XPERTS Summit. If you wish to extend your stay in Orlando, and you pre-paid for your reservation, the hotel can assist you once you receive your confirmation.
