Mehdi Halit leads solution marketing initiatives at Fortinet, with a strong focus on AI-driven cybersecurity and Security Operations (SecOps). He is responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies that leverage automation, analytics, and advanced threat intelligence to enhance detection, response, and operational efficiency across enterprise and service provider environments.

With nearly 25 years of international experience in cybersecurity, networking, and telecoms, Mehdi has developed deep expertise in aligning technology innovation with business outcomes, particularly in the areas of AI-powered security operations and platform-driven security architectures. His work also extends to supporting Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) in evolving toward scalable, intelligence-led service delivery models.

Prior to joining Fortinet, Mehdi held roles at leading organizations including Schlumberger, Ooredoo, and Gemalto. He holds a PhD in Electronics from the University of Lille.
