Duncan joined Fletcher Building in 2018 to lead the organisation's network transformation. He has now taken on the challenge to deliver the same major activity for their cyber security transformation.

Duncan plays the lead role in developing and delivering Fletcher Building's security transformation and building the security practice. He is involved in all levels from architecture, strategic planning, programme delivery, people management and security operations.
