As organizations undergo digital acceleration, their attack surface expands and network complexity increases. At the same time, cyber threats are becoming increasingly automated and innovative. Today’s organizations need a new approach to deliver the expected secure high-performing user-to-application connection.

Gartner has named its Cybersecurity Mesh Architecture (CSMA) one of the top strategic technology trends for 2022. It says organizations adopting cybersecurity mesh as part of their collaborative ecosystems will reduce financial losses from cybersecurity attacks by 90%.

Four necessary capabilities of a cybersecurity mesh platform:

Broad.

Choose a platform that provides the flexibility to implement distributed security controls across all network, device, cloud, and application edges for broad visibility and protection across the entire digital attack surface to better manage risk.

Integrated.

An integrated platform eliminates silos and offers a unified solution that reduces management complexity while sharing threat intelligence across the entire deployment.

Automated.

Choose a platform that enables collaboration between deployed solutions and provides automated self-healing networks, augmented with artificial intelligence (AI)-driven security, for fast and efficient detection, operations, and response.

Open Ecosystem.

A true cybersecurity mesh platform breaks down technology and vendor silos. Choose a platform that enables and supports a broad, open ecosystem of technology partners.

All that to say, Gartner's CSMA methodology has existed for more than a decade through the Fortinet Security Fabric! So, join us to learn more about the industry’s highest-performing cybersecurity mesh platform - the Fortinet Security Fabric.

This roadshow will be hosted by Fortinet’s Network & Security Architecture Business Development group. The Business Development organization is tasked with advising and positioning Fortinet’s Security Fabric solutions through a business-oriented architectural approach. The Business Development organization is a group of business, network, and security experts and architects responsible for advising and consulting with both partners and customers on mission-critical security issues such as satisfying compliance, mitigating risk, protecting digital assets and critical infrastructure, automating advanced threat detection and protection, and implementing zero trust architecture.
