We will be pleased to welcome you soon at the EMEA EBC located on the beautiful French Riviera!
To ease your hotel booking process prior to your visit and because the Cannes Lions congress will be happening during your EBC visit, we have reserved a room block of 29 rooms at Le Moxy, Marriot- located at 5min drive of the EBC.
As a kind reminder, Fortinet does not cover any costs, you will need to pay your room upon your arrival at the hotel.
If you wish to arrange your own accommodation, please let our EBC Coordinator, Lucie Plongeron, know so that she can alert the hotel accordingly.

TRANSPORTATION
Fortinet is located in the Sophia Antipolis technology park, the address is 905 rue Albert Einstein 06560 Valbonne, it will take you 30min drive from Nice Airport, without traffic. Please bear in mind that transportation on the French Riviera is expensive! We work with 3 different chauffeur companies with whom we have corporate rates with. We will be glad to arrange all your transfers during your stay, from the Airport to the Fortinet office, from hotel to restaurants...we will make sure to ease your experience as much as possible.
Based on your flight/train details indicated on the registration section, we will provide the chauffeur with your information and he will contact you directly to confirm your travel.

* A 20% Markup will apply for night rides from 9pm to 7am
