1. Participant confirms himself or herself are not a government entity

2. Participant hereby has fully disclosed the nature of this event to the appropriate people at his or her employer, and has ensured his or her participation (including any applicable expenses subsidized by Fortinet) in the event on these terms does not violate any policy of his or her employer or any law, and, to the extent required by his or her employer’s policies, has ensured that his or her employer has approved of Participant’s participation in the event.

3. Attendance of Participant is not in exchange for new or continued business or any improper benefit.

4. I accept and I give my consent to Fortinet for using my image for the purposes of their distribution on various online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Fuse and the corporate Fortinet website, for marketing purposes.
