The event will start promptly at 09:00, and presentations will begin at 09:30. To ensure a smooth and successful experience, we kindly ask you to arrive early, by 8:30 AM

Upon arrival, you will be directed straight to the parking area. Please use Gates A or D to access the Telekom Center. Available parking areas are P5 and P6.

Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, there is ample parking capacity.
Parking spaces near the main reception will be reserved for guests with disabilities (accessible parking). Please contact us if you need assistance.
Staff members and directional signage will be available at the entrance to guide you.
Security personnel will be present throughout the event venue to assist you with navigation and ensure a smooth experience.

A member of our staff will be stationed at the main reception to assist guests with disabilities and escort them via the elevator to Level 4 (exhibition area & arena entrance).
