September is often considered the best time to visit Napa. The weather is pleasant with an average high temperature of 80°F (27°C). On the other hand, the average low temperature sees a decrease to 49°F (10°C). We recommend:

As our invited guest, Fortinet is pleased to cover expenses included in the agenda, with the exception of airfare or any other travel costs to or from the event (i.e., Uber, train, car rental, etc.).  If you choose to fly into one of the host airports (SMF or SFO) a complimentary shuttle will be provided to/from the airport to the host hotel. If your employer’s policy or applicable laws or regulations will not allow you to accept this offer as a gift, you will be able to pay (via CC) for the on-site hospitality and accommodations during registration.

Your hotel will be assigned based on your business segment and availability. We have secured rooms at the Silverado Resort, Westin Verasa, or River Terrace. Fortinet will provide all necessary transportation between hotels and event locations. Hotel rooms will be 100% paid for unless your company’s policies require you to pay for accommodations, in which case you can pay for the hotel reservation during event registration.

Space is limited and we unable to accommodate extended stays in our host hotels. If you decide to arrive early or depart at a later date, you will be responsible for booking your own stay at your own expense before or after the event.

We recommend flying into San Francisco International Airport (SFO) or Sacramento International Airport (SMF).  Complimentary shuttle transportation is available ONLY from/to SFO or SMF airports.

Yes, complimentary shuttle service will be available to/from SFO (San Francisco) or SMF (Sacramento). You will select your shuttle arrival/departure times during registration. 

We will provide shuttle service to/from SFO (San Francisco) or SMF (Sacramento) on the following days:

If you choose to arrive or depart outside of these dates or will arrive at an alternative airport, transportation will not be provided.

Yes, we have designed an amazing Plus-One program for your guest! 

During the registration process there is a section where you will be able to register and pay for a personal guest to attend with you at the event. The cost is $695.00 and must be paid during registration. Your guest must be 21 years or older, no exceptions. They must be your spouse, partner or significant other. The registered guest must NOT be a colleague, business partner, or friend. Included is the shared hotel accommodation, meals based on the official agenda, offsite outings, entertainment (including event tickets) and shared airport transportation. Plus-one/Guests are welcome at all events other than the Symposium. Transportation from the airport to Napa is included if they are on your same flight.

No. If you are registering a guest they must stay in your hotel room or find other accommodations. This is not covered by Fortinet.

Guests are able to attend all scheduled agenda event except for the Security Symposium. During registration, you will have the option to select an activity for your guest to join during the Security Symposium day.

No. As this is an exclusive event/invitation, we do not have a virtual or post-event consumption option.

Fortinet and its sponsoring partners will cover all hosted events listed on the official agenda, including associated costs, upon arrival in Napa. However, please note that airfare and other travel expenses to and from the event will be the responsibility of the attendee. If your company's policy, regulations, and gifting laws will not let you accept this offer as a gift, please mark on the registration that you need to pay, and you will be able to pay for the on-site hospitality and accommodations during your registration. You will have the option to make the necessary payment during the registration process.
