Cost reductions due to organizational network modernization are an easy proposition to sell, however, network modernization should also seek to improve the user experience. This session will describe how the largest waste and environmental services company in the United States strategically completed a network modernization project which supported the transition of 18,000 office-based users who were rapidly transitioned to a remote workforce during a national pandemic.
