Virtual Series

These Fast Track workshops, held every Tuesday and Friday, are a series of interactive, solution-based workshops designed to educate participants on key foundational Fortinet security solutions.  Each two-part workshop includes a 30-60 minute instructor-led presentation that addresses the security challenges faced by many organizations, immediately followed by a 2-4 hour self-paced hands-on lab that provides students with an opportunity to experience the Fortinet solution in action with the instructor on hand to answer questions.

The Tuesday series is a collection of 4 courses, repeated each month, geared towards getting students up-to-speed with the FortiGate NGFW firewall, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer solutions utilizing our Fast Track workshops.

The Friday series will offer a selection of the more advanced Fast Track workshops including solutions such as ZTNA, Breach Protection, Security Fabric, NAC, OT, and more.

PTE Series

Fortinet’s Partner Technical Enablement (PTE) group has developed a new set of workshops called Partner Enablement Series.  Following the Fast Track model, these two-part workshops include a presentation followed by a hands-on lab with the conversation aimed at educating partners about the solution and increasing their confidence and ability to be a self-sufficient technical seller.

The presentation consists of a 45-75 minute instructor-led theory session that addresses security challenges faced by many organizations in addition to detailed information related to the solution such as product sizing, SKU training, build of materials (BOM) design, FortiReward incentives, and more.

The self-guided hands-on lab runs in length from 1-3 hours and provides practical experience using Fortinet products to achieve the goals of the solution with enhanced lab exercises familiarizing the partner engineer with the concepts to support customer interactions such as product demos, deployments, migrations, and advanced configurations.
