Policies

1. Participant hereby has fully disclosed the nature of this event to the appropriate people at his or her employer, and has ensured his or her participation (including any applicable expenses subsidized by Fortinet) in the event on these terms does not violate any policy of his or her employer or any law, and, to the extent required by his or her employer’s policies, has ensured that his or her employer has approved of Participant’s participation in the event.

2. Attendance of Participant is not in exchange for new or continued business or any improper benefit.

3. I accept and I give my consent to Fortinet for using my image for the purposes of their distribution on various online platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Fuse and the corporate Fortinet website, for marketing purposes.

4. Please note that the OT Security Exchange Forum includes lunch provided to you as an event attendee. The value of attendance per person is approximately NZD50 or USD30. If you accept this invitation, you are representing and certifying to Fortinet that your participation in this event is in compliance with your employer’s policies and applicable laws and Fortinet is relying on that representation. If you are a public sector participant or your employer requires that you pay for participation, that option that option is available to you upon registration.
