Can I attend more than one day of the event?
As a guest of Fortinet, your ticket is good for one day only.
What is the agenda?
All guests will be invited to participate in a 2-day high level event with plenty of executive level networking opportunities. The event includes a half-day executive level EBC experience at Fortinet’s Headquarters, a PGA tournament in a Private Fortinet Branded Space with Amazing Views, Full Lunch, Afternoon Snack Service and Full-Service Open Bar, and facetime with Fortinet’s leadership team.
What airport should I fly into?
SJC (San Jose International) or SFO (San Francisco International). We recommend flying in/out of the San Jose International Airport (SJC) as it is the closest airport to the hotel and Fortinet HQ. We do not have a shuttle service to/from the Airport.
Do I need to book a hotel?
Yes. We have a room block available at the Santa Clara Marriott. Please book your hotel based on the arrival and departure dates of your invite.

Will shuttle service be provided?
Shuttle Transportation service will only be available at the Santa Clara Marriott hotel to/from:
- Fortinet Headquarters on EBC Day
- Pebble Beach Golf Link on Tournament Day
Is parking included?
Parking at the Santa Clara Marriott is complimentary as a guest of Fortinet. Roundtrip shuttle service will be provided to/from the tournament.
What is covered by Fortinet?
Fortinet will cover the transportation to/from HQ & Marriott, the transportation to/from Pebble Beach & Santa Clara Marriott, the Tournament Suite Tickets, meals at HQ during EBC, and dinner the night of the EBC.
Guests will need to cover their Airfare, Ground Transportation to/from the Santa Clara Marriott and the Airport, their Hotel Accommodations, and any food while travelling.
