Hotel booking through this site is not obligatory but comes with many benefits including preferential rates and easy access via public transport to the venue.

You will also have the ability to collect your Accelerate25 badge directly at the hotel to avoid potential queues at the venue, and access to a representative from our dedicated event team to assist you throughout.

All hotels are available on a first come, first served basis and are bookable for the main event dates of 8-10 April 2025 - 3 nights, with check out on 11 April 2025.

The hotels with the star icon are available to book from the 6-10 April 2025 - 5 nights, for those attending the pre-conference workshops

Booking Conditions

You may request an extended booking outside of the minimum stay as you register. Availability will be checked with your preferred hotel, and you will receive an email confirmation with availability and total cost of your stay, once secured.​

On booking your hotel through this site you will be asked to leave credit card details as a guarantee. This card will only be charged if you cancel your booking after 7 March 2025 or if you do not show up at the hotel.​ Otherwise, you will be required to pay for your accommodation and city tax directly with the hotel during your stay.​
