A: The Fortinet Healthcare Customer Advisory Board will bring together a select group of healthcare technology and security leaders, including members of Fortinet’s Executive Leadership Team. The purpose is to help Fortinet set strategic priorities and define objectives and opportunities relating to cybersecurity in the healthcare industry. We look forward to open communication, information sharing and real-world feedback on cybersecurity market challenges, primary retail use cases, and product enhancement opportunities.
A: If at all possible, book your flight to arrive in the NYC area by 3:00 EST on Wednesday, November 20. This will ensure you are at the Westin New York at Times Square in time for our planned evening reception.
The CAB will conclude with a dinner and activity on Thursday, November 21. We recommend you book your return flight on November 22 mid to late morning. The transit time between the hotel and your departing airport is at least 40 - 45 minutes, so please plan accordingly.
A: Absolutely! You'll find the Westin New York at Times Square the perfect place for a long weekend. The Westin is happy to extend our negotiated rate (pending availability). Simply indicate your preferred check-out date during registration and the reservation will be made for you.
A: Your guest is welcome to join us for the activities and dinners. While we are in meetings on Thursday, November 21, your guest can enjoy the city, go shopping, visit the museums and parks or stay at the Westin and relax. There are plenty of things to do, or not!
A: Most certainly! During registration you will have the option to indicate that you wish to pay for the hotel stay. A reservation will be made for you, but you will pay upon check-out.
A: Dress comfortably! We recommend business casual for the actual meeting. We'll share more guidance later once activities are confirmed.
A: We are happy to provide a car service from the your arriving airport to the Westin New York at Times Square. Once you have your flights booked, please provide your itinerary so we can make arrangements. Upon the conclusion of the CAB, we will also arrange a car service to return you to your departing airport.
A: Autumn in the New York area is simply gorgeous, but plan on potentially cooler temperatures.
A: Fortinet is pleased to cover the following expenses related to your participation:
- Ground transportation from the airport to the Westin New York at Times Square
- Ground transportation from the Westin New York at Times Square to your departing airport
- Two (2) nights room, tax, resort fee and gratuity at the Westin New York at Times Square (November 20 and 21)
- All meals and activities per CAB Agenda
You are responsilble for your own airfare to the NYC area, expenses related to your home airport (parking, Uber/Lyft or Taxi), mileage, and fuel. Fortinet does not reimburse other personal expenses.
