Mobasher is responsible for the research business function at The Asian Banker across all subject matter areas retail banking, technology innovation, transaction banking, risk management and financial markets in the APAC/MEA regions. Prior to joining The Asian Banker, Mobasher Zein Kazmi served as Consulting Director – Asia at the RFi Group. He has an MBA (Investment Management) from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and holds a Diploma in Islamic Finance from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

James Richberg’s role as Fortinet’s Field Chief Information Security Office for the Public Sector leverages his 35 years’ experience leading and driving innovation in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and cyber strategy. He currently focuses on orchestrating Fortinet’s capabilities to help organizations reduce risk and improve their IT efficiency and security in the face of increasing operational complexity and budgetary pressures to “do more with less”.
Since joining Fortinet, Mr. Richberg was named as one of the “Fed 100” executives influencing how technology can be leveraged in government and was voted one of the “StateScoop 50” leaders driving innovation in state IT.
During his US Government career, Mr. Richberg served as the National Intelligence Manager for Cyber, the senior Federal Executive focused on cyber intelligence within the $80B+/100,000 employee US Intelligence Community (IC). He led creation and implementation of cyber strategy for the 17 departments and agencies of the IC, set integrated priorities on cyber threat, and served as Senior Advisor to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) on cyber issues. He brings a broad enterprise-level approach to cybersecurity honed as a member of the Executive team that created and oversaw implementation of the multi-billion dollar whole-of-government Comprehensive National Cybersecurity Initiative (CNCI) that generated new government cyber capability and enhanced cybersecurity in the private sector and critical infrastructure.
Mr. Richberg’s broad operational, analytic and leadership experience–including his 20 years at CIA--gives him practical insight into difficult cyber problems ranging from advanced threat capabilities to supply chain integrity and insider threat. He has extensive experience engaging with audiences ranging from Heads of State and CEO’s to analysts and IT staff. He brings a strong focus on framing complex problems in terms that facilitate the formulation of practical solutions.

Kelvin Chua is a security and networking industry veteran with more than 25 years’ experience in systems engineering, sales and business development. At Fortinet, Chua leads a team of engineers to ensure optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and customer requirements. He also provides technical direction and assist country sales leaders in business development.Chua has broad consulting and sales support expertise across Asia Pacific. He has served as APAC systems engineering director at Blue Coat Systems, and before that, in Allied Telesis’ networking companies in a variety of engineering and technical consulting roles over a long period. Other companies Chua has worked at include Symantec and Check Point Software. In his career, Chua has regularly supported his sales teams to exceed their business and customer satisfaction objectives. Chua has special expertise in cyber security incident management, breach detection and ethical hacking. Chua holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) degree from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Rashish Pandey is the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Fortinet Asia. Rashish has spent most of his career working at the intersection of Marketing, Technology & Business. In his current role he is responsible for marketing, field CISO and business development.Prior to joining Fortinet he was Senior Director Marketing, APJC at Cisco systems. He was responsible for APJ marketing strategy, ASEAN Field marketing, thought leadership and content marketing across Cisco product portfolio. Prior to joining Cisco Systems he was APAC Head of Unified Communications & Mobility at British Telecom where he drove product management and marketing initiatives for the new world of work. He has also held marketing leadership positions at Microsoft focusing on revenue growth and market share for key products like Microsoft Office, Visual Studio and driving early adoption of emerging technologies.Rashish holds an MBA from Asian Institute of Management in Manila and a Bachelor’s in Business studies from University of Delhi.
