VP, Cybersecurity & Compliance
Dominick has extensive information technology, audit, and compliance experience across a broad range of industries. Starting his career serving in the US Army from 1995 to 1999 with a military occupational specialty of microwave and satellite communications, he later served as AT&T North New Jersey Maintenance Manager where he prepared their network for Y2K. Dominick worked for Reuters (now Thompson Reuters) and rebuilt their stock market data feeds after the 9/11 attacks destroyed their major data hubs within the World Trade Center which was the major data hub for lower Manhattan.
His expansion into the power industry came in 2010 while working for an IPP in the Northeastern US. Where he built their NERC CIP compliance and cybersecurity programs. He most recently served as independent consultant, where he assisted clients with NERC CIP compliance and served as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) Environments. He's also held senior solution architect roles with Wurldtech (a GE Company) and North American Energy Alliance LLC (Essential Power, LLC) as well as technology SME roles with AT&T Managed Internet Services.
Dominick formerly was a member of the MRO NERC Standards Review Forum (NSRF) group and now serves as a member of the NERC Security Working Group. The Security Working Group (SWG) serves the Reliability and Security Technical Committee (RSTC) in providing a formal input process to enhance collaboration between the ERO and industry with an ongoing working group. The SWG also supports industry efforts to mitigate emergent risks by providing technical expertise and feedback to the ERO Enterprise Compliance Assurance group in developing and enhancing security compliance-related products, including guidelines, guidance, best practices, and lessons learned.
Dominick is a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and Fortinet Network Security Expert NSE4.
Chris brings more than 10 years of cybersecurity and critical infrastructure experience working in the renewable energy industry. He was directly involved in the development, construction, and operations of wind and solar power plants and their high voltage systems. His work within the energy and utility industry has also afforded him experience in the development and maintenance of substation protection, automation, and control systems. Chris has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Clarkson University with thesis work in substation protection, automation, and control involving the IEC61850 family of protocols.

With over 20 years in cybersecurity leading at the forefront of many industry-firsts and building expertise across a broad range of security topics, Vince Hwang is Senior Director of Products & Solutions at Fortinet where he leads the narrative for Cloud Security. He’s excited by the possibilities of enabling customers to achieve their desired digital acceleration outcomes through cloud and application journeys. Previously, Vince has held key roles driving product strategy and execution at companies that include Cisco, Sourcefire (now part of Cisco), Symantec, and Trend Micro. At Cisco / Sourcefire, he led the advanced threat security portfolio and helped forge a path for the EDR and advanced malware protection conversation before these became de-facto customer strategies.
David Kurk has worked globally for the past 15 years as a professional and highly sought after conference host and moderator of live events across a number of industry sectors.
David has appeared in numerous corporate films, hosted many live events including awards ceremonies, auctions and conferences, and has also worked on many projects as a voice over artist.
A French speaker, David is used regularly by the RFU for translation and liaison purposes. As well as regularly officiating in the Premiership, he officiated in the Commonwealth Games, the iRB U21 World Cup, The European Cup and the 2007 iRB Rugby World Cup qualifying competition and the Twickenham leg of the iRB World 7’s tournament since 2002.
Robert M. Lee is a recognized pioneer in the industrial security incident response and threat intelligence community. He gained his start in security as a US Air Force Cyber Warfare Operations Officer tasked to the National Security Agency where he built a first-of-its-kind mission identifying and analyzing national threats to industrial infrastructure. He is also a Course Author and Instructor at SANS.
CISO, Operational Technology
Willi joined Fortinet as the CISO for Operational Technology in August 2022. He brings more than 25 years of experience in Information Security working across industry verticals such as Healthcare, Telecom, Financials, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences. Most recently with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), he established and directed the Global OT Infrastructure Security team charged with monitoring and protecting the OT assets for GSK. Globally, the team deployed 43 additional controls across the OT landscape assessed against NIST CSF and aligned business units to embrace a unified model for security, incident response, and risk reporting. During Willi’s tenure, he also oversaw the creation of the Security Organization and the Global Cyber Defense team for GSK’s Consumer Health startup (now called Haleon). Beyond building and leading the OT and Consumer Health security teams, he led the security team responsible for Cloud transformation for both IT and OT. Willi relies on a pragmatic and systematic approach to achieve company goals while also maturing the organizations and teams he leads.
Willi is a graduate of Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO, USA and holds a CISSP (Certified Information Security Professional) certification in good standing. Willi lives in NW Arkansas with his family. He’s an avid outdoorsman, cyclist, woodworker, and veteran.
Vice President, Field CISO
Jonathan Nguyen-Duy is a Field CISO at Fortinet where he focuses on advising carriers, service providers and systems integrators on multi-domain risk management. With extensive experience in securing complex networks and hybrid-architectures, Jonathan is responsible for developing innovative solutions addressing the challenges of digital transformation – from edge-based computing to multi-cloud ecosystems. He specializes in security and governance issues pertaining to zero trust, insider threats, privacy, resilience and managed services.
Prior to joining Fortinet, Jonathan served as the Security CTO at Verizon Enterprise Solutions where he was responsible for strategic technology partnerships, the Verizon Cyber Intelligence Center, and the data science team that produces the annual Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report. His research experience spans root cause analysis of over 12,000 data breaches – providing great insight on effective risk management strategies.
Before that role, he led Verizon’s Managed Security Services business and was responsible for data analytics and solutions supporting global enterprises and public sector agencies of all sizes. During this time, Verizon grew to become the industry’s largest and most analyst-awarded MSSP. A certified business continuity planner, Jonathan also developed Verizon’s resilience and advisory services. Prior to his work in the private sector, Jonathan served with the U.S. Foreign Service in Central America working on economic development and disarmament initiatives. He has more than 20 years of cybersecurity and business continuity experience – working through many business challenges including armed conflict, civil strife, labor strikes, natural disasters, terrorist attacks, network outages and a wide range of cybersecurity incidents.

He holds a BA in International Economics and an MBA in IT Marketing and International Business from the George Washington University. Fabio is a senior cybersecurity practitioner with more than 18 years of experience serving in technical, sales and leadership roles. He joined Fortinet in 2014 and has held various positions in the sales engineering organization.
In his current role as the Operational Technology Solution Architect for North America, he guides customers through a safe Digital Transformation journey for their ICS/SCADA critical infrastructure environments. In this role he assists by sharing reference architectural insights and industry best practices.
Prior to joining Fortinet, Fabio led the Latin America IT/OT Infrastructure and Security teams at FMC Corporation, a global chemical manufacturing organization. Previously, he worked for Siemens Enterprise Communications (currently Atos Unify), delivering professional services and pre-sales support for complex multi-vendor environments with a variety of government, industrial and retail customers.

Jim Richberg’s role as a Fortinet CISO leverages his 30+ years’ experience driving innovation in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and cyber strategy & policy. He is currently focused on cyber risk management, election security, and helping organizations maximize their IT efficiency and security post-COVID.
Prior to joining Fortinet, Mr. Richberg served as the National Intelligence Manager for Cyber, the senior Federal Executive focused on cyber intelligence within the $80B+/100,000 employee US Intelligence Community (IC). He led cyber strategy for the 17 departments and agencies of the IC, set integrated priorities on cyber threats, and served as Senior Advisor to the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) on cyber issues.
Mr. Richberg’s broad operational experience –including his 20 years at CIA-- gives him practical insight into difficult cyber challenges. Carlos-Raul Sanchez is a technologist with 32 years of experience in network, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure security. Carlos specializes in simplifying complex business problems with a pragmatic application of technology. Ronen Shpirer is leading Fortinet’s solutions for the mobile networks operator (MNOs) segment, with emphasis on security’s role and solutions for innovative 5G infrastructure and services. Ronen has over 25 years of international pre-sales and marketing experience in networking and security in the service provider and enterprise markets.
Prior to joining Fortinet, Ronen worked for several leading networking and VAS companies including Motorola, Nortel Networks, and Cisco Systems.

Aidan Walden has served as the Global Director of Public Cloud Architecture and Engineering at Fortinet for the past three years. Prior to Fortinet, he served in various engineering and leadership roles at a tier 1 mobility and global ISP. Throughout his 18-year career, he has navigated the evolving security landscape across mobility, IoT, and service provider infrastructure.

Klint is the newly appointed Cyber Security Advisor for Region IV which covers Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. With 17 years of cybersecurity experience in both the government and private sector, Klint provides expertise to assist critical infrastructure owners and operators to improve their cybersecurity posture. Additionally, he provides support and guidance for State, Local, Territorial and Tribal government cybersecurity programs. Klint has previously held positions as an Information Systems Security Officer for the Department of Health and Human Services and Chief Information Security Officer for the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
