With access to a complete virtual lab, you’ll test, troubleshoot, and explore the same features used in real deployments. Participants will learn how to:

• Deploy the FortiVoice system from scratch
• IP addressing / Login / Admin Profiles
• Extensions and user privileges : Voice mail, User portal privileges, Call handling
• Configure VOIP trunks : Inbound / Outbound dialing rules, DID management / SIP trunking profile
• Access and manage call detail records
• Manage call flow with auto attendants, ring groups, paging groups, General voicemail
• EFAX
• E911 profile, message groups, barge in, call recording
